volunteer fireman for the Wheatland County Fire Department and has served many years as a board member for Faith Chapel Church. John has said good-bye to his beloved father Blaine, nephew Jesse, and lifelong friends.

Shortly before Christmas of 2020 the Woodard family received the devastating news of the death of their 22 year old son & brother, Asa John.  Asa was a 2017 graduate of Harlowton High School, served in the Montana Army National Guard, and was fulfilling his life dream of cowboying and riding Ranch Bronc.  He was an encourager and supporter of everyone in his social circle. He is missed by his family and friends daily.

Walking out the loss of their son, the changes in themselves and the changes in their family John and Julie could see other fellow Montanans struggling to rebuild their lives after death. Journey Winds INC was formed as a way of honoring their own grief and honoring their beloved Montana facing death every day.
