Behind our Logo
Living in Central Montana, we are acquainted with the wind! We understand the purpose of it and the frustrations of it! Wind currents travel along the far east slopes of the Rocky Mountains blowing across Wheatland County. Winds can come on a hot summer day as a cooling breeze or as a tornado in the night destroying everything in its path. It carries in weather changes and reminds when the seasons are changing. We see death and loss much like that wind. Sometimes death comes and it is a relief to those that have been suffering or are in pain. Other times death comes in the night, unexpected destroying our life, forcing us to rebuild anew. Some winds are predictable, some not. Greif is a wind that tosses us around and can rob our sense of stability. Montana pioneers depended heavily on the power of the wind. Windmills erected on the prairie became evidence of Life. Wind currents blow across the blades changing the air pressure creating lift and drag power. This power connects a pump, pumping life-giving water for humans and livestock. Wind can destroy, but harnessed in a healthy way it can give LIFE. We are here to help you navigate the winds of death and grief that blow across your journey.
